Augh I envy you! Well I know London is pretty cold so you might want to go for some functional fashion. Maybe some pieces to add a pop of colour to your outfit :)

Bring a ton of separates that you can interchange with eachother so you can dress in layers to work around the weather. It can get kinda warm in Paris during the summer so that's why I suggested that. It can still reach the mid 70's in London during the summer so some light sweaters and a short trench coat will work. When I started traveling overseas I didn't pack very much in the way of clothes because I would shop for clothes right in the country I was visiting. And any overflow (stuff that didn't fit in my suitcases) I shipped back home via FedEx.

Je'Tamie Paris, I lived there for a few months. Shelley is right, summer can get warm. All I can say, is def go for comfort as well. I know it is very American (Parisians know an American from miles away...) but you are probably going to do more walking than you think. As far as make up - women in Paris generally don't wear as much make up as we do here in the states. I think going clean and simple is the best as women in Paris have a very classic style.
