Coconut Oil is amazing for your skin and hair. You can remove makeup with coconut oil, you can use coconut oil as a moisturizer...just wash your face regularly as you would and after put half a dime sized and rub all over your face. Whether you have oily, dry, or normal skin this is a good antioxidant for acne and keeps your skin well moisturized. Plus its organic so what's better than that. Also, if you know its time to wash your hair...before you jump in the shower take some coconut oil and rub it entirely throughout your scalp. Massage your head and take your time with it. This promotes hair growth and strength in your hair. Leave it on for 2 hours max and then wash off. Leaves your hair so silky and it just feels healthy! This is optional, but cooking with coconut oil is very good for the health. An article stated that if you eat a teaspoon of coconut oil everyday it would help as a cleansing agent for your system, as well as a boost for immune system, and disgestive problems. I do it every morning, its weird at first but I've seen major improvements in my overall health of skin, nails, hair, and body! Goodluck doll!
