Hey girls I seem to get alota spot on my scalp an there quiet painful I only get one at a time not loads but I was wamdring does any1 know how this happens or how to stop it? :)

Do you have acne prone skin? because its possible that those are pimples. try a dandruff shampoo with zinc or add a few drops of tea tree oil to your fave shampoo!

How often do you wash your hair? wash it every alternate day at least.
