Any tips to help me stop nail biting!

Ok so I stopped biting my nails for ages and they were getting really long and I bit them again! :( I'm so annoyed and I wanted to grow them long so I could do cool nail art on them. Any tips to help me stop?

You can get some nail varnish that stops it,it makes your nails hard and it stops you from boing them xoxox

I used this gel that tastes disgusting and put it in my nails every morning so when I bite my nails it tastes disgusting, it works look how long my nails are now, considering they were really short!

Thanks! :) I tried the disgusting stuff before but even that didn't stop me lol. Though I'll try again! I'll try stop on Monday and the hand sanitizer as well! :) x
