hi girls,

i would like to let you all know that there is a stomach bug going around as i have got it at the moment, i haven't had any sickness (thank god) just a very dull pain (like bellyache) in the centre part of my stomach so please make sure you have antibacterial hand gel with you at all times, i had to leave work this morning because of it.
