What's so great about BB cream? I hear everyone talking about it. It seems a little overrated to me..

It's just a tinted moisturizer. It's not for blemished skin, but basically is like a very light foundation. It kind of is a bit overrated.

I would say its a bit overrated but it is supposed to improve your skin it's good if you only need a little coverage and can be used as a primer I think it's great on teens and my age group because it's not like wearing a lot of makeup I think it's nice depending who you are and what you need your face makeup to do for you.

Don't use Garnier BB cream. It broke me out everytime! Boscia is an amazing one to try. It's the only one that I noticed actually made my skin look flawless in a simple, natural way.

I love using it as a primer, I have really oily skin and it keeps me dry all day
it isn't a full coverage, it is very light and is very great to use when you're going to the beach

I have a few Asian ones and I love them more than I have any foundation. It's pretty no fuss, you just rub it in and it stays put all day. Plus with the Asian ones the coverage isn't bad.

I agree with Cassandra, where do you get Asian ones or is that just a particular brand @rose?

Asian ones are what they are. They are found in Japan, China, etc. but I think Sephora has some. Western bb creams are the ones you see in the drugstore, Garnier, Maybelline, Revlon, etc. I like the Revlon the best, seeing it has nice coverage for a Western BB cream. Skin79 is my favorite Asian one though.

Missha, skinfood, and lioele are all really good brands. I get them for around 10 on eBay. Lioele probably has the heaviest coverage but it's also a bit too dark for me.

It not for people that want to cover up there pimples but they are good. I think bb cream are best for younger girls l.

Its for people who have really good skin to begin with. I have acne scars and blemishes so I can barely find a chance to use mine.

Personally I like BB/CC creams rather than foundation because they're lighter and while I could use fuller coverage I prefer the lightness. My favorites are Loreal Magic BB cream and Almay's CC cream, which I use daily.
