Armpits Tips Help?

My sister armpits is kinda black and I thong it was dirty. so I try cleaning and cleaning it. and still little bit black. any tips? I hope you guys know what I'm talking about?

I switched to Dove deodorant and it evened out my skin tone (doesn't have to be 'go sleeveless' I use 'go fresh' and it still worked) Idk why no other deodrant did that. good luck :)

I'm assuming that your sister has dark hair, so it may just be her roots underneath. I recommend waxing.
