I'm a model at the moment. All I did was be in the right place at the right time. I was at kohls and they were looking for girls they saw me trying on clothes and bam. But otherwise if you see people with cameras certain places (concerts, parts,) go up and ask or reaserch on cumputer or you can go talk to the manager at a store :) good luck.
