That's super cute! Is your hair naturally curly? If so, keep it down with soft curls, and no moose (for the softer look) and use a cream or oil to keep your curls calm. If its not naturally curly, if curl it :)

Simple makeup, I'd say go on the soft eye makeup, and pair it with a bold lip, a warm pink or red. and hair done with loose curls or up in a bun :')
