A lil Vaseline before you go to sleep should do the trick. It works for eye lashes too.

The only tip I really have is to stop plucking. Once the new hairs grow in and your brows start to look a little weird, fill them in with brow powder and now one can tell the difference. Only pluck the hairs that are really stray. It is also good to keep the area moisturized. I recently bought a product called waxelene, which is supposed to be a natural alternative to Vaseline and has been helping the hairs stay soft and not fall out :)

Castor oil helps to condition brows and lashes and helps them to grow in thicker and healthier, also using a brow razor instead of plucking helps to keep them groomed but let's the roots grow in again.

I am using Alba un-petroleum jelly. I have been using it for a week. It has in it, castor oil, coconut oil, beeswax , vit.e. So far I am seeing growth in my eyebrows. I also use it on my lashes at night. :)
