White toothpaste or just wash your face 2-3 times a day and always wash your hands because the oil from your hand create acne. just don't touch your face as much as possible.

Wrap an icecube in a tissue and hold it to the pimple until the icecube melts:) this will reduce swelling

You can use the elf zit zapper, or grease lightning if you want to splurge a little at lush(:
Or for a homemade remedy you can either 1. Crush up an aspirin in water and apply it to the area. This will dry it out. Or any organic toothpaste, the thick pasty ones. Apply that on a band aid and put the band aid on the area. Wait over night, and in the morning it will be very shrunken down or for me it actually made it dissapear(:

Omg get those cold sore patches they are so great even for pimples! Their purpose is to draw out bacteria and create a barrier over the problematic area! The best thing is that they are invisible and you can apply makeup on them yayyy! Good luck!
