Check with a dermatologist or doctor, they're the best ppl that can recommend a product that is safe and reliable. Most strong, effective meds need a prescription anyways. :)

Neosporin Eczema Essentials, I had really bad eczema on the insides of my arms and legs and its completely gone! (: Use the itch cream, body wash, and moisturizer together , works great in a week or two.

I had eczema for 4 years. I treated it with constantly using an aveeno moisturizer and bathing in baths with oatmeal - throw some uncooked oatmeal in a sock tie the top and throw it in the bath?

I have had severe eczema ever since I was born, and I have mostly used prescription medications such as cortisone. However, I also use aveeno products, cetaphil, Kiehls products, and sometimes just straight oatmeal. It's one of the only things that doesn't irritate my skin and leaves it soft and smooth. Also, if your skin gets really flaky, I reccomend Aquaphor. I used it a lot when I was young and it's great.

Wee in it, leave it overnight and then wash it off in the morning:) that's how I got rid of mine, I've been eczema free for 6 years now!:)

I have suffered from really bad eczema I found that any type of thick cream works. It is also a good thing to go to a dermatologist and have your skin get look at for a prescription. Hope that helped xox
