It's 95 degrees, and my foundation is melting down my face and neck, will setting spray/primer really make a difference? It's streaky on my neck and around my mouth/cheeks?
Also I made my own setting spray out of glycerin and water, and it made my makeup look cakey. I'm wondering if I put too much glycerine in, or if I should try something else/just skip it

Use a toner after your moisturizer. Then wait around 10 mins, then apply your primer. Apply your foundation, powder etc. Finish off with a setting spray, try Skindinavia.

I agree with the ladies above, but if you're looking for a less expensive setting spray, NYX "Mattifying" Setting Spray works just as well as Urban Decay but is only $7. I started using it this summer and helps prevent the melt!
