Can I use Witch Hazel for toner after face washing? I've heard it's okay, but it seems like it might be kind of harsh. Anyone tried it? Or can give me pointers of why or why not to use it?
Thank you! :)

I use it and its not harsh at all on my skin. I use a round cotton pad type thing.

Thanks!
Should I still be putting moisturizer on afterwards? Or does it do both? jw

I'm not sure, but I use a moisturizer after the witch hazel.

Witch hazel is simply a toner, and vasoconstrictor (reduces slightly surface-level blood flow by tightening blood vessels). You definitely need to moisturize after it.

Just in case anyone still sees this, lol, is it any good for oily and/or dry skin?

You can use it on it's own or dilute it with water. I use Simple Skincare's toner that has witch hazel in it.
