So I always wear eyeliner in my water line but it falls off during the day any suggestions on how to keep it on longer?

@Mary, that's what I do. I use a wet n wild liner and a shadow from L'Oreal to set. It stays in place for a long time...

Set your eyeliner with eye shadow using an angle brush will help you get the precision you need.

I have been going back and forth with eyeliners for the past few years expensive ones cheap ones all of them so I recently found one by Maybelline called Master Drama cream liner it is awesome. I won't be changing eye liners any time soon.
