Moisturize and use cream! I had really dry and red skin during the winter and I used eucerain cream! It works great and I use it everyday since then and my skin is soft!

Stop exfoliating, try this DIY skincare mask on my page! All you need is a banana, honey, yogurt, oil. Whisk a large banana, two tablespoons of organic honey, two tablespoons of white yogurt and a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Leave for 20 minutes. This is for dry skin. This sounds gross but if it is inside your nose take some cream and a q tip and stick that baby up your nose a girl has to do what a girl has to do!!
