Greens and blues look fantastic. Turquoise is always a solid to go for, as well. I'd say avoid yellows, unless they're practically brown. Lime green doesn't work so hot either.

Idk I was a red head for 4 years (different) shades.

I like neutrals a lot but you can definitely play with colors if you do it right.

If you're nervous about eyes shadows try playing up your lips. Dark wine colors look fab and anything in the red family too :)
