I love hot tea but tend to drink the same ones all the time.
Orange Pekoe with sugar and milk
Peppermint
Green
That's about it. I don't know about the whole benefits of drinking tea, all I know is that I love a hot drink that's not overly sweet.
What types and brands of tea do you enjoy? Do you use your tea in others ways besides drinking?

I'm a complete tea junky. My favorites are:
Jasmin Green Tea
Green Tea
Black Tea (a newly discovered must have!)
I don't like fruity teas like peach or even cranberry... which is a little odd because I love cranberry juice.

Green tea contains powerful antioxidants that assist in multiple areas of the body. I drink it for the skincare benefits it offers me personally. My mom drinks it because it keeps her blood sugar in the safe zone without having to resort to medications. I literally drink it daily like its water (my teapot must hate me its used so much). To receive the health benefits of it its best consumed while rather hot. If it becomes lukewarm it has lost the antioxidant protect. My fave brand is Good Earth Greent Tea in Lemongrass. Its sweet enough for me to not even warrant using any type of sweetner. I love it.
