Secondly, you are a natural beauty!
and thirdly, I would suggest starting your layers around your chin, as to create more volume, then have more layer gradually continue down to your current hair length! I also think you would look adorable with some lowlights added in! :)

I would say maybe get side bangs to frame your face. They don't work for everybody (I didn't like mine) but a dip die would look really good! Your hair is so pretty naturally!
