I went to superdrug and they had an offer on make up BUT the best ones were quite exspensive but they are great quality!

I agree with Ellaouise! Elf products are good for budgets! I also would recommend wet n' wild (especially for lipsticks and pencil liners) because they are cheaper, and have nice pigmentation!

ELF has really good eye makeup from 3-10 dollars usually!! You can usually find it at target. They have good face powder too.

If you live in England then try and find a shop called bodycare:) its amazing! its got really good expensive makeup really cheap:)

Wet n wild eye shadows and lipsticks are great! Pretty much any revlon product. Maybelline gel eyeliner, Rimmel lip sticks!
