I've been trying to grow out my hair since December, I cut it to my collarbones and it has grown about 3 inches but it made it that far like 2 months ago! I feel like its now growing anymore help 😩

When was the last time you got a trim? Also, hair grows at about 1/2 an inch per month on average so if you aren't seeing anything drastic don't be to surprised.

I agree with Tara prenatals are great even if you`re not expecting.. Another thing you could try is an apple cider rinse to make sure you`re hair follicles aren`t clogged.

I was going to say biotin, and also try an essential oil like Castor, or Google some other oils that are beneficial to hair. And keep with the biotin pills.
