No need to changing hair color or tanning. You have a beautiful complexion and eyes and hair combo works perfect together. I agree with eyeliner and lip color. Lots of mascara helps! But be careful not to over do eyeliner. Good luck! :)

Grow out your hair it will look very nice, keep your hair color its pretty ( unless you want a change then go 2 shades lighter or darker) wear mascara, I agree with Raven, your complexion is beautiful! and your eyes are stellar babe!! you are very pretty natural don't let anyone tell you your not especially yourself! :))

Grow out your hair, get layered side bangs. Do shimmery neutral colored eye shadow with tapered liquid on top. Do bronzer to slim up your face. Maybe some carmel highlights in your hair. Curl your hair, that'd be cute. You're very pretty though. :)

Alice, it's ok to look young. I looked like I was 12 or 13 all the way through high school. And I still look way younger than I am! (guess?)
Don't go too crazy with the tanning and the makeup at this age, because it won't make too much of a difference in your life :) just be a happy outgoing and friendly person and be humble. That's the best way to be in your teens although it feels like you want to do the opposite lol.
But if you want to change your look then yeah get a haircut! That'll do wonders for inspiring you to trying new things for your style :)

You have gorgeous eyes 👌I would curl your hair with soft curls and thin top eyeliner with bottom waterline eyeliner. Also brown eyebrow powder and a light bronze eyeshadow (bronze will make your eyes pop even more!) hope I helped good luck :)
