My hands are sweaty all the time!! It's so embarrassing!! I'm always really scared to touch people and shaking people's hands is just so embarrassing. What can I do to fix it, anything that could permanently fix it?? Please help me!! 😭😭😭

I have the samee problem. and its kinda embarrasing when your holdings hands with friends or boyfriend. I'm constantly on bus and you have to hold on to a poll and its way to embarrasing because I have to switch hands and worry about other ppl having there hands on the same polee. embarrasing!

My step sister is the same way so I know exactly what you mean. I'd go to the Dr bc I know how stressful and embarrassing it can be for her. I use a stupid joke and tell her not to sweat it. She's only 13 though so my mom is still waiting to see if she'll grow out of it.

My dr. prescribed drysol for me a long time ago. It worked but made my hands very dry. Its easier for me to deal with some dryness than constantly wet hands.
