Is there much of a difference between organic coconut oil and virgin coconut oil?

& if so, what's the difference and which one is better to apply to your hair and skin?

Organic is better because the ingredients in the products you use for hair, skin, etcetera, is getting absorbed into your body.

Organic virgin coconut oil is best. Refined is the one you want to avoid cause its been processed and most of the good nutrients have been removed or altered in some way.
