Hey girls I got a new pencil eyeliner. Any suggestions on how to apply it?

I like to just slightly wet the end and let it dry a little so it's not all hard and lumpy :)

Sharpen pencil. I mean sharp and get a lighter and light the tip and let it cool and apply. This intensifies the color and makes it less smearable.

If you top it with some black eyeshadow it stays a lot longer. I love that trick!
