Can't you bind the straps together in the middle? Or cross them. If it's a tanktop it's not a problem. Just make the straps long and then you take some eh..don't know the word...wire maybe.

Get some stick on gel bra cups-they are reusable and comfy and do the job!

You could wear a bright bandeau under the tank.
