Looking for a highlighter or illuminator for fair skin to help enhance a dewy glow when used with a tinted moisturiser and give a nice summer look.
Any suggestions?

Benefit Watts up would be great, I have it and actually don't like it, but that's because I am fairly tanned and its too light for me, ago it would look great on fair skin.

I'm very pale (lighter than a MAC NC/NW 15) I use Tom fords shade and illuminate. It's quite expensive but it gives a dewy glow without being at all glittery. I love it!
