Hello :)
I straiten my hair 4-5 times a week and have been for a few years, when looking back at pictures my hair has always had that healthy look and now it has gone :(
Please can you recommend me products to get the healthiness back! (I'm up for trying anything)
Thank you in advance. x

Try the infusium damaged hair treatment (you can find it at walmart). I was just like you and my hair was so damaged but after I started washing my hair with that, after a week my hair felt and looked so healthy! and I STILL straighten and curl my hair a lot and its still healthy. (bonus: it smells amazing lol) and it doesn't leave your hair oily and nasty. after the first wash your hair gets sooo soft.

Since its almost summer time just put it in a ponytail or braid. Just give your hair a break for a little whole.

Giving your hair a break would do you more good than any product. It's summer! You don't need to put heat on your hair everyday. Hand the flat iron and blow dryer over to someone who will take care of it and keep it from you. They can give it back to you for one day out of the week. Don't wash your hair everyday, it's bad for it. Chill out on products. Let hair air dry, and wear hairstyles like a messy bun, ponytail, frenchbraid, etc

I do the same for my hair. I use loreal total repair 5 line, its amazing! it takes damaged hair and makes bit soft, silky, healthy and not dry! also, get a good thermal heat spray to protect from heat damage.

You should try pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair treatment kit which is really good, helps to repair and restore the damaged hair.
