Curly Hair Goes Flat...Help!

Okay so my hair is naturally "wavy" and I try and curl my hair with gel and such...I try and stay away from curling irons as much as possible...but whatever I do it starts out all pretty and curly but goes flat...I don't know how to fix it...any ideas?

Mine does the same you can drench it in hairspray and it still falls flat. and mine is also naturally wavy. I havent found a solution yet tho...

Try to use your fingers to get the tangles out when your conditioning your hair but don't brush or comb your hair when you get out of the shower. just slightly run your fingers through it. I know it sounds crazy. I thought the same when someone told me that but it really works.

For voluminous hair I recommend using mousse from herbal essence (: and make sure you apply it from root to tip.
