You can edit using Windows movie maker. free and effective!
any HD camera would be fine.
make sure you have good lighting. I feel like lighting is everything!
I have a few video on my channel. next week I'll be uploading makeup tutorials

If you have an iPhone it has a 1080p camera, if it records from the back, that I use if I don't use my Canon. The Canon T3i and T4i are amazing for video, the T4i even autofocuses while shooting I believe.
But no matter what you use, a tripod is necessary.

Thank you so I will be looking into these items to start shooting hopefully when I move in to my new house I will be on YouTube! I have a few vids of when I was pregnant listening to my sons heart beat I wanna post but I don't know how people would react cause I wanna post haul and ootds and stuff.
