I'm going to a concert in a few days and I have to get there reallyy early because I have meet and greet/soundcheck passes! but I have to be there 4 hours before the concert starts.. it's going to be around 109 degrees and a lot of waiting outside in the sun.. plus after those four hours the concert starts and that's another 2/3 hours! (it's going to be a long day) Anyways.. my makeup can't even last 2 hours without melting off my face due to my super oily skin... ugh!! I'm going to look like a hot mess! what can I do to mattify my oiliness and keep my makeup actually on face?! (no powder or blotting tissues)
P.S: I have acne and acne scars so I have to wear my makeup very thick sadly.
thank you in advance!

No powder or blotting tissues? Use a primer before your makeup and a setting spray after your makeup.

A setting mist. Or actually use less makeup than you normally do...it'll have better staying power. Also, powder your face with a matte finish powder and bring it with you. It really helps keep your face matte:)
