E.L.F. Eyelid Primer ($1), NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in "Milk" (~$5), E.L.F. 144 Bright Palette ($10-15), Ulta pencil eyeliners (not sure of the price), and Maybelline Volum' Express Hydrofuge Mascara in "Blackest Black" (~$6). Nowadays I don't wear anything except eye makeup, unless I am in costume.

Oh I forgot setting spray too! E.L.F. Mist & Set ($3). Using all of the products I listed, I can wear the same eye makeup for three days (including sleeping and shower) with only tiny touchups. I know that is really lazy, but I prefer to think of it as economical. ;)
