Love love love the shape..and I don't think they are too dark. I don't no if its the pic but the shade seems to be a little too reddish for your blonde hair.

the specific color to fill brows with is a style choice. whatever style you chose will determine if this color is right. I like a bold brow, so mine are a little darker than my hair. if you want a natural, matching your hair color look then you should consider a color change. jacquelines tips for colors are good though! go with what makes you feel confident above all else!
