Wait...I also should add to protect your hair, wet it first with tap/bottled water because I read that your hair can only hold so much water. It would just protect your hair more. You could also try applying a leave in conditioner before you get in the water so there will be minimal damage!

...Most Salons advise 48-72 hours I think after to go swimming so you should be fine!

I used the white rods on mine. I absolutely love it! Its so easy to deal with and looks good too. Go for it!!

Yes then get a box perm and put on it. Just follow the directions. Best bet is go to a salon and get it done.
