I am going on a date (yaay) and I was planing on wearing this dress (photos).
What do you think? should I wear it with a sinched waist or not? what about the shoes? what kind of jewelry would you add? Feel free to give your opinion.

DEFINITELY with the blazer & the sinched waist! It looks super cute and more put together. Without your waist sinched it makes you look as if you have no figure and...I'm going to be 100% honest, with the sinched waist and the blazer it makes you look so much smaller!
Since your outfit is black and white I would acessorize with colored jewelry and shoes. I automatically thought red but it may be too dramatic with the colorblocking and the polka dots on your dress so I would do something simple like studs and a pretty necklace. Good luck on your date! ;)
