Hi ladies, sounds weird but I try tutorial online but for some reason I can not do eye shadow good or definitely a smokey eye. Don't know if its because I do not have the right products or what. suggestions please?

I was in your position once. and trust me.. it may not be the answer you want but it takes practice. a loft of practice which means time. and it also takes a lot of mistakes. you could be right about the eye shadows though. don't get cheap ones. but mostly it's all about practice practice practice. and get creative!

May, I have the same problem. My e/s never turns out anywhere near the way I want it! And although I have only more recently learned proper techniques, I have been wearing makeup for a good amount of time now so it's SO discouraging when I can't get it too look the way I want! I have hooded lids so I think that has a lot to do with the fact that it never looks the way it does on the beauty gurus I follow, but I LOVE makeup so I'm going to just keep trying :) I hope we both get it down soon!!
