Trying to design my prom dress, I like courses (sorry for my bad spelling, I'm argentinian) like the antique ones, lace, and I want it to be short in the front but long in the back, and it's extremely important for it to be blue, if possible black rinestones somewhere. Help me figure out how to combine all these, I'd like it to be weird, since I'm kind of gothic, but nothing that'll make me look like a freak. Please help me figure it out.

Well you could use that sort of pattern and print to create your own blue variation and add some stone work in the trail at the back where it falls maybe.

Also, I'm skinny but really short, thats why the high heels and the dress shape, I want to look slim. And I'm quite pale, but don't have any problem with that or need to be tan. My hair will be down, curly and really black.
