So I heard that if you tape your third and fourth toes together it relieves some of the pain when it comes to wearing high heels
Have any of you tried this and does it actually help? Also any tips on making my heels more comfortable would be great (there closed toe shoes btw)

I have no idea about the tape thing! But I know you can buy like Dr Scholls or whatever gel foot pads to put in your shoes, and they're made especially for heels. Go to a drugstore and look in that section, they have a lot of stuff that help!

Dr scholls work or try pads for the ball of your foot the kind that dancers wear. Lambs wool lastly buy 1/2 size bigger so all the padding can be comfy.
