Have you tried the kp therapy by derma doctor it's pricey but works. Exfoliation and moisturizer is key with keratosis pilaris

Try Am-lactin or any body cream with salicylic acid. They will exfoliate the skin and improve the condition.

I've had results with St. Ives Oatmeal and Shea Butter body wash followed by using Aqua Mirabalis by Lush and then after patting dry right out of the shower I put on Gold Bond Ultimate Healing with Aloe and every morning when I wake up I spritz Rose Water on my problem areas to help with redness throughout the day.

Jenna I've had it all my life it completely covers my legs too. So embarrassing. I scrub down with brown sugar in the shower and then rib my body down with organic coconut oil after. Sometimes I put done of the oil in the bath and soak. It helps.
