Have you tried the kp therapy by derma doctor it's pricey but works. Exfoliation and moisturizer is key with keratosis pilaris

Try Am-lactin or any body cream with salicylic acid. They will exfoliate the skin and improve the condition.

So...I think I might have it as well but am not too sure...is it suppose to be itchy on occasions?

Soap and glory thermo scrub and loccatine 100% shea butter. Works for me. It will never go away but will improve. x

I've had results with St. Ives Oatmeal and Shea Butter body wash followed by using Aqua Mirabalis by Lush and then after patting dry right out of the shower I put on Gold Bond Ultimate Healing with Aloe and every morning when I wake up I spritz Rose Water on my problem areas to help with redness throughout the day.

Jenna I've had it all my life it completely covers my legs too. So embarrassing. I scrub down with brown sugar in the shower and then rib my body down with organic coconut oil after. Sometimes I put done of the oil in the bath and soak. It helps.
