So I've heard a lot of good things coconut oil can do for different rashes and such on the skin, but I've also seen a lot on here about using it as daily moisturizer. Does that not leave the skin feeling oily?

Pure coconut oil is extremely oily I spose it depends on how much you use though but I only use coconut oil as a tanning lotion and its amazing :)

Yes it's good for breakouts and acne! If you put it on before you go to bed you will not be oily at all!

I really think it depends on the person. It is a great moisturizer and it doesn't leave your skin oily, but it might break you out. I used coconut oil as a moisturizer for about 6 months now, and I recently stopped using it and my face cleared up completely. People have different reactions to it so I'd try it out.

I have used it off and on again as a moisturizer for years now. I found it was best used at night rather than the day because it did get a little greasy. What I do with it for my facial eczema is put a layer of coconut oil and then a layer of something like vaseline or aquaphor to seal it in and sleep with that on. Hope this helps! :)
