Please girls, step by step on how to apply eyeliner? I prefer pencil because I think it's easier.

Michelle Phan has an awesome tutorial! check it out and if you're using pencil, try Urban decays 24/7 in perversion! its so creamy I Use it on my top lid and It looks just like liquid!

It's kinda hard to read but it say start by making dashes as close to your lash line then connect the dashes together..it will take practice it took me forever to learn how to apply eye liner.
