Oh no Lalla,I would use Neosporin hope it gets better soon.I think the Toothpaste method should disappear I don't no why people still suggest it,the ingredient that use to help acne is No longer in the toothpaste at all even a dermatologist will say the same thing it doesn't work and all it does now is burn your skin because of the fluoride in it.

Its alright but its turn into a scab and the scab is coming off and leaving pink skin so I'm just not touching at all berkeley k.

Same thing happened to me, I stopped using all my harsh acne products and just applied a moisturizer and serum, and that actually helped clear my skin a little, and it clears in no time x

I too did the same thing and got this ugly scar..can you please tell me will the scar ever go n if yes then how long it takes..will that area get discoloured or something..I am using coconut oil.

Hey even I GT my forehead burnt of toothpaste it has become brown n dry I am applying aloe vera coconut oil and neosporin I just want to ask lala did your burn leave back any scar.

I did this the other day and I made a couple of mistakes... I had done the toothpaste thing for zits in the past but I used Arm and Hammer and it never did anything except leave my teeth clean and zap problem zits and I'd done it many times. I used Colgate with lots of fluoride added and it burned the crap out of my face! Arrrgh! I tried the Neosporin creme that was recommended on here and it didn't do anything to help it heal and just got infected. I had some coconut oil in the house from past beauty experiments and OMG!! The burns have healed remarkably. In one night it healed about 25% and a lot more progress than the Neo ever did. Now I'll never the same mistakes again. Ugh. Hope someone will benefit from my painful mistake.

In case you havent solved the problem yet get some aloe vera on it you can find it at any plant store it heals in 3 days or 4 max its really helpfull you just take a part of it cut the outer layer and keep brusing it softly on the burn but you have to do this a lot in a day and keep it on at night too I had the same cause :P.

I did the same mistake a year before and that burnt surface skin peeled off.But unfortunately yess I too got a visible scar left on my both cheeks.If you can see in my profile picture though using a bit of make up things like a bb cream covers it easily but the scar is just on it's place.HORRIBLE.
