Try using Moroccan or argon hair oil after you shower! I dye my hair and I put Garnier Moroccan hair oil in every time I shower and it really helps.

I know what your going threw but what I did was first I started to buy products that don't have alcohol but have coconut(coconut helps the hair grow and strength.then, when the new hair grow out I cut it really short.now I still use the same products.don't forget to brush/comb out all the nots when the hair is wet with leave in conditioner.

Actually you should never brush your hair when it's wet because your hair is more prone to breakage. however you could comb the product through with your fingers :)

Yeah, I had the same problem, except that I've never dyed my hair and I don't use hear tools. I found that what was in my shampoo and conditioner was killing my hair. Now, it's been about a year, and I'm using masks and oil treatments while also using less harmful ponytail holders/ hair ties, and my damage is gone. However, I did not heal my damaged hair (you can only really temporarily treat it to make it look and feel less damaged), but I did protect my new hair that grew out after cutting it : )

Macadamia Oil is the best, focus more on your ends. Also, make sure to deep condition your hair when washing, and rinse off only 70% of the conditioner.

ORGANIX HYDRATING MACADAMIA OIL SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER: $6 at Walmart or Publix. Many top stylists use it.

COCONUT OIL organic extra virgin coconut oil is Very good for your hair n you should start using a sulfate free shampoo because sulfate strips your hair of its natural oils to keep your hair strong and healthy...almond oil too helps a lot...=]

Tresseme platinum strength shampoo and conditioner is amazing! Also try to use a product with heat protectant such as chi silk infusion or it's a 10 products to protect from the sun or any heat.
