I clean my Beauty blender with baby shampoo mostly, but there are times I've used the Neutrogena facial wash and it worked just as well.

I clean my sponges with antibacterial liquid soap but I use 91% alcohol as a solvent first to dissolve the oils and break down any sebum that may be in there. You can get out stains by using either a bit of lemon juice or hydrogen peroxide and leaving the dampened sponge in a sunny window.
