Fluoride toothpaste will dry it up INSTANTLY. it's what I always use. And some concealer or dark/ highly pigmented lipstick will cover it up

Annalee!! That's what I use!! You need to use it right when you feel it coming on! And Lysine helps get rid it really fast (you can find that at Walgreens)

Whenever I got one I used blistex the one in the white tube to keep my lips from drying out and also buy some coldsore stuff like from Walmart or walgreens. it wilk help it go away.
