So I'm going to my friend's Bar Mitzvah and I'm wearing the dress posted. So I'm wondering what to do for my makeup. But I have some rules.
Nothing to grown, I'm 13
If you're going to suggest a product it has to. be able to be bought at Walgreens
I don't do my eyebrows
Please help. And anyone that helps a lot I'll follow.

Since your only thirteen I'm guessing your skin isn't too bad.
I suggest trying out a tinted moisturiser, it gives just enough coverage and a little goes a long way! Have fun!

Ps. I think neutral shades of bare minerals eye shadow pallet will look amazing with that dress, try a cool smokey eye with light pink lips.

Tinted moisturizer, mascara and tinted lip color should be fine!

If your looking for something not grown a smokey wouldn't be the way to go. a true smoke is dark shadow on the lid and lighter shadow of the same color group going up. and I personly think that is just a little too old for you. unless your comfortable going that way then I would get a wet n wilds smokey eye pallet you can get it at walgreens. it tells you where to put the colors. but if you don't want to go that way I would put a mint green or green that matches your dress. eyeliner if you want plus mascara. tinted moisturizer and you can use baby lips at walgree a pink stain maybe. and if your into blush just add a little bit to your apples of your cheeks. a flushed pink color would be good :) hope this helps.

I think a good tinted moisturizer, or a bb cream (some good drugstore brands is loreal, or maybelline) would be good to even out your skin tone, but still remain "natural" and not overdone. Add some blush (a rosy tone), and mascara to define your eyes. I personally think lipstick is too much for someone your age, so a tinted lipgloss would be perfect! What are your hair ideas??

I'd go with tinted moisturizer, mascara, lip gloss and maybe a light eyeshadow. Nothing dramatic :) Have fun

Thank Dorthe. @ Rosanna thanks but my hair is basically buzzed so I can't do anything.
