Good Foundation for Oily-Combination Skin?

I have sensitive, oily-combination skin, and get breakouts often. And it's not the easiest trying to a find a foundation that can do that, without looking cakey or look like I put way too much, which I don't but aswell, if I put next to nothing on, my imperfections hardly get covered up. Plus, be at an affordable price, nothing over 12$.

Revlon Colorstay for Oily/Combo skin is a lifesaver. Worth way more then the $10 you're gonna pay for it.

I recommend L'Bel's Natural Skin Effect Mousse Foundation SPF 16. I have oily-combo skin and LOVE it. It's light, you can hardly feel it on your skin and comes off easily.
