How do you handle a situation where a client comes in and they inform you they have sensitive-type skin? What products do you use on these type clients?

I have extremely sensitive skin my self and ive try many different products for sensitive skin that still irritate me. So far what has worked for my skin is applying cetaphil for sensitive skin, let that sit and then apply makeup should avoide irritation ( well has worked for me)
