To be honest I never straighten my hair as it is naturally straight but every now and then I wave or straighten it very rarely :)

Every other day... Ugh that's bad but I use heat protectant and my hair is still silky! But I have really thick hair so about 30-40 minutes or 20 if I just straighten a couple pieces!

I try not to since it's summer but when I do it can take me anywhere from 10-20 minutes. To do it fast divide your hair up into sections with a clip and do it little by little.

Only about 2 times a week, it really can damage your hair. and it depends on if your have good quality tools how long it takes. with a Conair straightener it took me about 1 hour and now with my Solia hair straightener about 20 minutes.
