Ok if you can put your bed on the other side to the window and paper or choose a bright colour for it and hang a large mirror above the bed (this gives a focal point and also makes a room seem larger) Choose a more neutral colour for your other walls but make sure they complement each other. It would look nice if you could put your vanity in front of the window this gives you lots of light. Try and space everything evenly so nothing bunched up if you know what I mean. A nice storage idea is to cover shoeboxes with pretty wrapping paper that matches your colour theme and put three on a shelf. I think this looks really nice. There are loads of easy diys on you tube just type in easy bedroom diy projects or something and you should find something you like. Sorry I can't really help anymore without seeing the room and knowing your taste but let me know if want any help with colours and stuff. Good luck!
